This collab workshops, sharing some tips of enjoying miso or amazake. You'll find your favourite way to enjoy koji products. The session will be 2 separate workshops. See the details below.

About the event
Session 1 (Sep 10th, 10.30am - 12.00pm)
Do you know Miso? If so, how do you like to eat miso? Miso soup? or you might have it in your fridge but don't know what to do with?
We will share some tips of enjoying miso and help you to find your favourite way to enjoy miso.
You'll taste;
- A couple of miso from La brasserie San-O
- Dips and seasonal vegetables prepared by chef Maya
You'll create;
- Your own dips or sauce with ingredients picked by Noriko & Maya
You'll have bouchées in the end;
- Tofu-based sea urchin (one of Noriko's secret recipe!)
- Miso-grilled onigiri and miso soup
- A little sweet bite made with miso

Session 2 (Sep 10th, 14.00pm - 15.30pm)
Amazake - A traditional Japanese drink made of Koji and rice, one of the popular non-alcoholic drinks year round.
We'll be happy to share how to enjoy Amazake and get most of it at this workshop.
You'll taste;
- Amazake a from La brasserie San-O
- Amazake popsicle prepared by Noriko
You'll taste & discover your 5 basic tastes paring with Amazake;
- sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and spicy
You'll have bouchées in the end;
- Arranged special ver. of Amazake
- Zen-zai - sweetened Adzuki beans with Amazake and mochi dessert
- A surprise dish!
