La brasserie San-O will be collaborating with a young chef team from the popular restaurants, launching a pop-up "koji concept" restaurant with their fine cuisine.

About the event
The Montreal food scene is changing constantly, always being very fond of new experiences in food industry.
Koji, which is one of the most familiar ingredients in Japan, begins its journey as a new precursor ingredient here!
La brasserie San-O will be collaborating with a young chef team from the popular restaurants, launching a pop-up "koji concept" restaurant with their fine cuisine.
Chef Konstantin, Erik and Chris who previously worked at restaurant Yama, devised a menu and all dishes are based on koji derived products.
They also serve accord vin with private importers.
The pop-up event happening 19th Nov. (Sun) from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m.
at 3401 Notre Same Ouest.
