Fermented food are getting more and more familiar nowadays, and most of the countries have their unique fermented culture. La brasserie San-O produces koji (malted rice) and miso in Montreal. In this workshop, you'll learn different ways to make miso with our fresh ingredients (you can take out the miso you make in the atelier), as well as the opportunity to taste another kind of miso (white miso)!

Miso is not only good for your health but also artisanal miso has the depth of Umami. Learn the secrets of miso!

Recement, les aliments fermentés sont de plus en plus populaire, et la plupart des pays ont leur propre culture fermentée. La brasserie San-O produit du koji (riz malté) et du miso à Montréal. Dans cet atelier, vous apprendrez un façon de faire du miso avec nos ingrédients frais (vous pourrez emporter le miso que vous aurez fait dans l'atelier), ainsi que l'occasion de goûter une autre sorte de miso (le miso blanc) !
